• Fingal County Council - Civil Engineering works, including reinforced concrete and masonry walls, earthmoving, supply and installation of galvanised and/or powder coated railings and gates. Supply and installation of watermains for one off projects as required by Fingal County Council.

• Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council - Ongoing maintenance contract with housing division, involving disability adaptations projects, window/door replacement projects, general house refurbishment projects.

• Trinity College - Ongoing maintenance work, involving internal renovations and refurbishment works, external paving works.

• Four Star Pizza - Internal demolitions and alterations to new and existing commercial premises - conversion of units to pizza take aways. Finishes include, altro safety flooring, altro whiterock walling, corian counter top, suspended ceilings, mecahnical and electrical works.

• Private Customer - Demolish existing structure and rebuild 4 nr. 2 bed apartments and commercial unit, including all associated site works - Turnkey Project.
